Please ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled on the DHL IntraShip website and that there are no security applications on your computer/network preventing data being exchanged with the DHL server. You may need to contact your IT department for assistance.

Error Messages

Service	Error Message	Resolution
DD	Invalid address of the receiver / Route could not be determined. Please correct the address of the receiver	You have either typed an invalid postcode for the country you are shipping to or the product you have selected is not valid for the postcode you are shipping to. Please note that for shipments to residential addresses only the DHL@Home products are valid.
DD	List of product codes is empty	The Shipper Account number is not valid to be used to ship to the entered destination. Please note that Domestic and International shipments need to be processed using different Account/Contract numbers.
DD	Package number could not be generated	Your DHL IntraShip entity has run out of Licence Plate numbers. Please contact DHL Technical Support on 0844 248 0521 or email ecomuk@dhl.com.
DD	The package weight is too heavy for the product code.	The selected product for the shipment does not allow packages of this weight to be shipped. Either change the product or amend weight of package. Please note that the true weight of a package must be entered at all times.
DD	Attention oversize! - Size of package is not between 0.0x0.0x0.0 and 120.0x120.0x120.0	The product selected does not permit the dimensions you have entered for the package. Either change the product or amend the dimensions of package. Please note that the true dimensions of a package must be entered at all times.
DD	Client no./EKP is missing!	The Shipper you are using does not have an account number and/or contract/schedule number combination selected. Please contact DHL Technical Support on 0844 248 0521 or email ecomuk@dhl.com .
DD/TD	Please enter a contact.	Please load a Shipper within the Pickup screen by clicking the load button and selecting the correct Shipper.
TD	Receiver destination code required.	The postcode and/or city name you have entered for the destination is not valid. If the destination country does not have postcodes then please ensure that the city name is spelled correctly and the first letter is in upper case (e.g. Dublin)
