As an alternative to post and fax, the Internet offers a quick and accurate alternative method for processing invoices. There are huge benefits associated with viewing and managing your financial documents online - not only with us but with other companies in your financial supply chain.

What are the benefits?

• Paperless Transactions: When an e-invoice has been raised an email is sent to you with the invoice attached in PDF and containing the web link to the e-Billing website where you can view and download your invoice in several formats – there is no need for a paper invoice. As well as saving paper and helping the environment, there are no envelopes for you to open and throw away, and no invoices to clutter your desk and fill your cabinets.
• Receiving Multiple Formats: E-invoices can be downloaded in a variety of formats including HTML, CSV file (for importing into a spreadsheet such as Excel), PDF (ideal for printing or sending as an attachment) and XML. With this facility enabled you do not need to manually type invoice data into your finance system. This saves time and eliminates errors.
• Online History Search: Your e-invoices are online for 12 months, so you can quickly search and find an invoice in a matter of seconds - no more wasted time searching through filing cabinets or chasing copies.
• Register invoice enquiries online: If you have a query regarding your shipment, this can be logged online. To do this, simply click the Query button, select the relevant code and enter the necessary details. The information you enter will be sent to DHL for full investigation and the status of the enquiry will always be available i.e. open or clarification sent.
• Waybill Retrieval: Waybill images are available to view online making it easier for you to review and validate your invoices. Simply click on the hyperlink for the waybill to view the image. Should an image not be available, a request will be automatically logged and passed to our Customer Enquiries team for action. Please note that for security reasons you will not be able to access waybill images from the email version of your invoices; you will need log into the portal.

Our e-Billing service is easy-to-use and requires no training. You can use the system to view new e-invoices, search through archived invoices and import invoice data directly into your accounting package.

How to view your e-invoice

1. Click on the e-Billing link in your notification email. This will take you directly to the e-Billing portal
2. Alternatively, open the attachment to the email and view your invoice as a PDF
3. View your invoice online
4. Click on the download button to import the data into your finance package (if applicable)

1. Register your account on the e-Billing portal. You only need to complete 7 fields and select your preferred language
2. Upon registration, and validation, you will be issued with a username and password. Use this to login to our e-Billing portal
3. You can login to the e-Billing Portal at any time, from any PC using a browser such as Internet Explorer. From there you can view your invoice, search through online history invoices and upload the invoice data securely into your financial systems
