DHL’s automated phone service is a simple way for DHL Express account holders to book a collection from a touch-tone phone.
How does it work?
- Dial Customer Service on 0844 248 0844 and say “Book a Shipment” using our speech recognition telephone system.
- Now simply say or key in your DHL account number and follow the steps advised to you by our automated attendant. You can say “Advisor” at any time to speak to a member of our Customer Service team.
DHL’s automated phone service is available to customers with accounts beginning with 13 and 18.
