DHL Logistics

Taking part in the DHL Logistics Graduate Programme is the start of an exciting journey on the way to a rewarding and challenging career. The programme is the chance to gain experience and try out different roles in a range of locations. It will enable graduates to gain a better understanding of the business, the types of roles that they may enjoy and how to best utilise their skills and talent.

We expect our graduates to contribute new ideas and help support the growth of our business through their intelligence, initiative and individuality.

The programme runs for 18 months and comprises of three operationally focused placements across DHL Logistics.

Whether you are managing a team of colleagues in a warehouse or routing drivers to our customers delivery points, our aim is to broaden your horizons and experiences to assist in your development with us.

GrOW

Are you a university or college graduate who is seeking a solid foundation for your future career? The career-starting program "GrOW" - Graduate Opportunities Worldwide - offers a variety of opportunities for ambitious and motivated (technical) college graduates.

MBA Program

Deutsche Post World Net cultivates the international elite of the future. In this program, MBA students from Europe, the United States and Asia spend three to six months at the company working on projects. Under the supervision of a department head, they play an active part in both the operative business and demanding strategic projects. Thanks to their knowledge, the MBA students help us look beyond our own horizon. The application period for 2006 is closed. AIESEC Program

In the age of globalisation, inter-cultural understanding is both a political and, above all, an economic necessity. Deutsche Post World Net recognised this fact of life long ago. Together with AIESEC, the biggest international student association, we organise the international exchange of interns in our Group.

Keep in Contact

With the program called Keep in Contact, or KIC, we give students of the professional academies, interns and MBAs the chance to continue using their networks. This will enable qualified, talented people with experience in the company to keep abreast of Group and personnel developments. At the same time, we remain in touch with possible future employees.

Postbank Finance Award

The Postbank Finance Award is presented annually by Postbank in conjunction with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. At 70,000 euros, it is the highest-paying German university competition. Winners are honored on the basis of their innovative scientific examination of fiscal-economic questions.
