Account holders can order standard packaging supplies free of charge using our online Order Supplies request form.

If you send a shipment by DHL, the contents - whether documents or goods - need to be delivered in the same condition that they were originally sent.

Ensuring your shipment is adequately packaged not only protects your rights in the unlikely event of an insurance claim, but also protects other customer shipments from being damaged.
