Do I need a DHL account to use DHL IntraShip?

What is the minimum system specification for DHL IntraShip?
- PC or laptop running at 500mhz or higher
- 128MB RAM or higher
- Internet connection 256kbps or higher
- Adobe Acrobat 6 or higher
- LaserJet or inkjet printer 300dpi or higher
Can DHL IntraShip be used on a laptop?
Yes, but an Internet connection is required.

What product/service options are available on DHL IntraShip?
DHL IntraShip supports the full range of Time Definite (TD) and Day Definite (DD) services.
Does DHL IntraShip allow automated pick up requests from multiple locations?
Yes, for Time Definite services.

When I click the "Save and Print" button nothing happens. What is the problem?
Please ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled on the DHL IntraShip website and that there are no security applications on your computer/network preventing data being exchanged with the DHL server. You may need to contact your IT department for assistance.

| DD | Invalid address of the receiver / Route could not be determined. Please correct the address of the receiver | You have either typed an invalid postcode for the country you are shipping to or the product you have selected is not valid for the postcode you are shipping to. Please note that for shipments to residential addresses only the DHL@Home products are valid. |
| DD | List of product codes is empty | The Shipper Account number is not valid to be used to ship to the entered destination. Please note that Domestic and International shipments need to be processed using different Account/Contract numbers. |
