DHL SmartView is a fully integrated shipment visibility system designed for customers who deal with DHL in volume, and typically interact with DHL using EDI. What does DHL SmartView do?
DHL SmartView gives you improved visibility in supply chain management. It is a global web-based information tool that can provide enhanced visibility to DHL internal processes such as customer service, reporting and analysis. (Note: DHL Smartview is currently only available for air express services)
