How do I use DHL eTrack?
- Create an email and enter your waybill number(s) in the contents - up to 50 at a time. If you've received an email containing the waybill number you want to track, forward it to DHL and our system will automatically find it within the text and send you a reply.
- Address the email to track@dhl.com. To send the results to other people, enter their email addresses in the CC field.
- Send the message and receive the results via return email within seconds.
DHL SpeedTracking
Track your Express shipments from a touch-tone phone and receive reports in an instant anytime from anywhere in the world.How does DHL SpeedTracking work?
- Dial Customer Service on 0844 248 0844 and say “Track a Parcel” using our speech recognition telephone system.
- Now say or key in your waybill number and get the latest information on your shipment a few moments later. You can say “Advisor” at any time to speak to a member of our Customer Service team.
- To request confirmation of your shipment's status and notification of its delivery by SMS, stay on the telephone and simply enter your mobile phone number when prompted to do so.
